We are a family run business which was started over 28 years ago after several wonderful trips to Nerja. The relaxed Andalucian lifestyle, the quiet white washed streets and the breathtaking scenery kept drawing us back year after year. When we first started staying in Nerja we struggled to find a rental villa that met our expectations for the perfect holiday home. This is when we decided to buy there.

We spent a considerable amount of time in selecting our properties to ensure that they met our strict criteria as holiday homes. At one point we had we owned seven villas and apartments in Nerja – which sounds wonderful but we soon realised that it had turned our holidays in Nerja into work trips! So we made the big decision to sell all but our favourite, cherished villa Casa Alba.

Over the years we have been asked by friends who own properties in Nerja to manage their holiday homes but we are not a rental agent for other owners’ properties, we only rent our own villa. This way we know exactly what our clients will find on arrival.

We believe that our clients deserve the very best service and we strive to give them first class accommodation. We update of furniture and fitting regularly and make sure the villa is always very well presented. Our management team in Nerja is always on hand to help with any of our clients’needs. We pride ourselves in offering honest, trustworthy advice and top quality accommodation. The most rewarding part of our work is when we get wonderful letters telling us of the fantastic time our guests have had!

Many of our guests have visited our properties time and time again and now feel like old friends. We have over 70% of our clients returning year after year.
