There is a private swimming pool measuring 4m x 10m with plenty of sun loungers and garden furniture for al fresco dining. There are several open and covered terraces from which to enjoy the sun and the views. There is a dining table and chairs on the covered terrace just off the living room if you are looking for welcome shade in the height of summer and also another dining table with chairs next the the built in BBQ area by the pool for summer evening al fresco dining. The house has been recently refurbished and is very comfortably furnished throughout with high quality fixtures and fittings. The property is decorated in a very tasteful, modern yet rustic Andalucian style.

Nerja

Nerja is a delightful and unspoilt seaside town that lies some 35 miles east of Malaga. The area is one of outstanding beauty situated in the midst of a lush tropical area of outstanding natural beauty where avocado trees, chirimoya and strawberries grow in abundance. A great variety if exotic plants and flowers flourish in what is considered to be the best all year round climate in Europe and the town of Nerja itself is bedecked with a profusion of flowers during every season of the year.

About Us

We know how difficult it can be finding the right property to rent for a perfect holiday. We spent a considerable amount of time selecting our property to ensure that it checked all the right boxes for an ideal holiday home. At one point we owned seven properties in Nerja, but we found ourselves spending too much time working, planning and redecorating rather than enjoying the beautiful destination for what it was. Eventually, we made the tough decision to sell the remaining six and to keep our favourite – Casa Alba. Now, once again, we spend wonderful holidays in Nerja without the pressures of maintaining the other properties. We have what we consider to be the ‘perfect’ holiday home, overlooking Burriana Beach.
